Studio One & Associates was founded in 1995 by Pravinchand Budhoo, We continue to offer our clients, innovative ideas, design excellence & the quality lifestyle they deserve.


In 2014 ,Mohammed Nafees Khan joined the Practice creating a dynamic & effective work team with an already successful & growing office.

A passionate designer with over 40 years of all-round experience gives Studio One the ability to deliver medium to large scale projects effectively within given time constraints. His design flair and in-depth technical knowledge is key to the successful delivery of many retail, commercial & luxury residential projects. He ensures projects are designed to the highest standards and are delivered on time.

Mohammed Nafees completed his National Diploma in Architectural Technology at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology.In 2009 He commenced his career with Nightingale Associates, Incorporated in the UK practicing in South Africa where he was key to the delivery of many successful Healthcare & Educational institutions across the UK. His merge with Studio One brings together a team that can cover a wide variety of projects and offer the highest quality for every client
